CAPF Assistant Commandant Salary 2019

As per 7^th pay commission the Assistant Commandant in CAPF comes in pay matrix level 10 and his starting basic pay or Pay in band is Rs 56100 and he gets other allowances also like DA, Transport Allowance, HRA etc. The salary per month may differ as per location of the posting or hardship that you facing there. (a)     HRA (House Rent Allowance)    If government accommodation not provide and subject to city. The applicable rates are 24%, 16% & 8% of Basic pay or pay in band respectively as per place of posting. The cities all over India divided as per the population for this purpose.

(b)     Transport Allowance   It is also applicable as per the place of posting. It also includes Dearness allowance means it revises every 6 months as per hike in DA. The rates for Assistant Commandant are 7200+DA and 3600+DA respectively as per place of posting.

(c)     Special Forces Allowances                 In case after completion of your training if you join Special Forces of respective cadre like NSG or other in house special forces then you will become eligible for respective allowance on successful completion of training. The rate per month is Rs 25,000/- .

(d)     Dress Allowance       The rate of Dress Allowance is Rs 20,000/- per year and same is paid to the officers in the month of July every year.

(e)     Children Education Allowance  The rate for CEA is Rs 27,000/- for each academic year from Class pre-primary to class 12^th for two children and is paid after obtaining from the Head of institution/Principal/HM on completion of academic session.            

(f)      Other allowancesThese allowances includes Siachen Allowance, Field area, Modified field area allowances are also applicable as per the posting.
